On September 8 and 9, PharmAI Discovery hosted the Annual Meeting of the APPEAL consortium in Dresden, bringing together 40 participants from across the European research initiative for two days of scientific exchange and strategic discussions. APPEAL – Antivirus Pandemic Preparedness EuropeAn pLatform is a research initiative funded by the European Union’s Horizon Europe program. The project aims to strengthen pandemic preparedness by advancing the discovery and development of novel antiviral compounds. As a consortium partner, PharmAI Discovery contributes its expertise in AI-driven drug discovery and virtual screening to support the identification of novel antiviral candidates.
